Whistleblower & Anti-Fraud Reporting Policy (Public Statement)

Our Commitment

Guardian Middle East LLC, as the representative office of Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd., is committed to conducting all activities with the highest standards of integrity, impartiality, and transparency. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery, fraud, corruption, and unethical conduct. We encourage employees, clients, auditors, partners, and stakeholders to report any suspected misconduct, fraud, or unethical behavior without fear of retaliation.

Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all:

  • Employees, auditors, and representatives of Guardian Middle East LLC and Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd.
  • Clients and certified organizations.
  • Stakeholders, partners, and members of the public who interact with us.

Reportable concerns include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activities (including falsification of documents).
  • Bribery, corruption, or conflicts of interest.
  • Abuse of authority or misuse of resources.
  • Breach of impartiality or confidentiality.
  • Any violation of ISO/IEC 17021-1 impartiality requirements or ISO 37001 anti-bribery principles.

Reporting Mechanism

  • Reports may be submitted confidentially and securely to:

  • Reports may be submitted anonymously, although providing contact details can help us investigate effectively.
  • All reports will be acknowledged within 7 working days and investigated promptly by an independent function not involved in the matter raised.

Protection of Whistleblowers

  • Whistleblowers will be protected against retaliation, harassment, or discrimination.
  • All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality, and information will only be shared with those directly responsible for investigating and resolving the concern.

Investigation & Resolution

  • Each reported case will be reviewed and investigated objectively.
  • Where misconduct is confirmed, corrective and/or disciplinary action will be taken, which may include referral to regulatory or legal authorities.
  • A summary of the resolution will be communicated to the whistleblower (if contact details are provided).

Regulatory Alignment

  • Guardian Middle East LLC upholds the requirements of Qatar Standards Regulation 363/2018, QFC Rules, and international best practices in ethics and compliance.
  • Until QS registration is completed, Guardian Middle East LLC will not accept applications or conduct certification activities. However, concerns about misrepresentation, fraud, or misuse of our name or services can still be reported and will be investigated.
