Our Commitment to Impartiality

Guardian Middle East LLC, as the representative office of Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd., recognizes the fundamental importance of impartiality in the provision of conformity assessment and certification services. We affirm that all activities carried out under the representation of Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd. are conducted with integrity, fairness, and independence in full compliance with ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 and other applicable international requirements.Certification decisions are made objectively, free from any undue influence, conflicts of interest, or commercial pressures.

Safeguarding Objectivity

To protect impartiality:

  • We identify, analyze, and document all potential conflicts of interest arising from our activities, relationships, or personnel assignments.
  • We implement effective measures to eliminate or minimize such threats.
  • Our management and staff are required to disclose any relationships or activities that may affect impartiality.
  • Certification is not influenced by the size of the client, membership in any association, or financial considerations.

No Consultancy Policy

Guardian Middle East LLC and Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd. do not:

  • Provide consultancy services for management systems being certified.
  • Offer internal audits or participate in designing, implementing, or maintaining management systems for clients.
  • Allow any auditor or employee to engage in activities that could compromise independence or create a conflict of interest.

Transparency and Integrity

  • All accredited certificates are issued strictly on the basis of objective evidence of conformity.
  • Certification decisions are taken independently by qualified personnel who are not involved in audits or assessments.
  • Our policies, procedures, and governance structure ensure accountability and adherence to impartiality at all times.

Regulatory Compliance

Guardian Middle East LLC and Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd. comply with:

  • ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 requirements for impartiality and competence.
  • UAF and IAS accreditation requirements.
  • Qatar Standards Authority Regulation 363/2018, requiring QS registration before undertaking certification activities in Qatar.

Until QS registration is completed, Guardian Middle East LLC will not accept applications or conduct certification activities in Qatar.
