Step 1: Initial Inquiry and Application: Your journey begins with an initial inquiry where you’ll share details about your organization and the scope of certification you seek. Once QS registration is complete, we will review your application with care, ensuring it aligns with the standards you aim to achieve, such as ISO 9001 or 14001, setting a solid foundation for the process.

Step 2: Documentation Review (Stage 1 Audit): Our team, in collaboration with Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd.’s accredited auditors, will conduct a thorough review of your documentation. This stage assesses your readiness, evaluates your management system, and identifies any gaps, providing valuable feedback to prepare you for the on-site evaluation.

Step 3: On-Site Assessment (Stage 2 Audit): Following the documentation phase, we will perform an on-site assessment to evaluate the practical implementation of your management system. Our experienced auditors will observe your processes, interview key personnel, and ensure alignment with the chosen standard, offering insights to enhance compliance.

Step 4: Certification Decision: After the audit, an independent review by Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd. will determine your eligibility for certification. This critical step ensures fairness and adherence to ISO/IEC 17021-1 requirements, with a focus on delivering a decision that reflects your organization’s readiness.

Step 5: Certificate Issuance and Surveillance: Upon successful completion, you will receive an accredited certificate, valid for three years, issued through Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd. and verifiable on IAF CertSearch. Annual surveillance audits will follow to maintain compliance, with recertification required every three years.
