Code of Conduct (Public Statement for Staff & Representatives)

Our Commitment

Guardian Middle East LLC, as the representative office of Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd., is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, impartiality, integrity, and ethical behavior in all of its activities. This Code of Conduct sets out the guiding principles that apply to all employees, auditors, contractors, and representatives associated with Guardian Middle East LLC.

1. Integrity and Professionalism

  • We shall act honestly, fairly, and responsibly in all professional engagements.
  • We shall perform our duties with diligence and competence, upholding the reputation of Guardian Middle East LLC and Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd.

2. Impartiality

  • All staff and representatives shall remain impartial, avoiding any conflicts of interest.
  • Certification and representation activities will never be influenced by financial, commercial, or personal interests.
  • No employee or representative shall engage in consultancy or advisory services that may compromise impartiality in certification activities.

3. Confidentiality

  • All information obtained in the course of our activities shall be treated as strictly confidential, in compliance with ISO/IEC 17021-1 and applicable laws.
  • Client data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law, accreditation rules, or with client consent.

4. Compliance with Laws and Standards

  • We will comply with all applicable Qatari laws, QS Authority regulations (Regulation 363/2018), and international standards including ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015.
  • We will adhere to the requirements of our accreditation bodies (UAF, IAS) and the principles of the IAF (International Accreditation Forum).

5. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Fraud

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against bribery, corruption, and fraud.
  • No staff member or representative shall solicit, accept, or offer any form of bribe or inducement that could influence decisions.
  • Suspected cases of fraud or unethical conduct must be reported immediately under the Whistleblower & Anti-Fraud Policy.

6. Respect and Non-Discrimination

  • We shall treat all clients, colleagues, and stakeholders with respect, fairness, and dignity.
  • We do not tolerate discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, or any other personal characteristic.

7. Accountability

  • Staff and representatives are accountable for their actions and decisions.
  • Any breach of this Code may result in corrective action, disciplinary measures, or termination of engagement.

8. QS Registration Context

Guardian Middle East LLC reaffirms that no certification services will be offered or accepted in Qatar until QS registration is duly completed in line with Qatar Standards Regulation 363/2018.
